FAQ

Ordering questions.

Can I buy less than a full container?

Yes. Full containers ship mill-direct at the best price per sheet. For smaller orders — a truckload or less — we supply from U.S. warehouse stock. Ask for current availability.

How much fits in a container?

A 40′ high-cube holds roughly 32 m³ of plywood, — about 22 metric tons at 700 kg/m³ — subject to U.S. road weight limits. Standard bundles (lifts): 44 sheets at 9 mm, 33 sheets at 12 mm, 22 sheets at 18 mm.

How fast will I get a quote?

Usually within one business day. Quotes include itemized pricing, availability and delivery options.

Can you mix grades and thicknesses in one order?

Yes — mixed containers are common. List the grades, thicknesses and quantities you need and we'll build the load.

Do you supply samples?

Ask us. For new accounts we can arrange samples or a trial order so you can check grading and finish before committing to volume.

How are payment and delivery terms handled?

Terms depend on order size and supply option and are set out clearly in your quote. Container orders are quoted to your U.S. port or delivered to your door; U.S. stock ships by truck to your yard or dock.
