About these terms
allbirch.com is operated by AllBirch, the U.S. wholesale distribution business of Stefan Popov. By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you may do so.
Quotes and sales
The site is intended for business buyers in the United States. Nothing on it is an offer to sell. A sale happens only when we issue a written quote and you accept it, and it is governed by the terms stated in that quote and its order documents, which control over anything on this site or in the chat.
Product information
- Specifications, dimensions, weights, ply counts, tolerances, moisture figures, reuse estimates (such as concrete pours) and photos are nominal, typical or mill-reported values for general guidance. They may change and are confirmed only in your written quote and order documents. Natural wood varies in color and grain.
- HP-1 comparisons between the mill’s European grades (B, BB, CP, C) and ANSI/HPVA HP-1 grades are approximate and provided by the manufacturer as a guide. They are not a certification. Panels are not manufactured, graded or stamped to HP-1.
- Not for structural use. Unless your written quote says otherwise, the panels are not PS 1 or PS 2 rated and are not sold for code-required structural uses such as structural sheathing, subflooring or roof decking.
- The buyer is responsible for choosing a product suitable for its intended use and for compliance with applicable codes and standards. For formwork, ramps, platforms, vehicle decks and any load-bearing or safety-related use, thickness, spans, supports and loads must be designed and verified by a qualified professional.
- Certificates (TSCA Title VI/CARB ULEF exemption, FSC, CE) are issued to the manufacturer and apply only within their stated scope and validity. FSC status applies only to orders whose sales documents carry the FSC claim.
- Tariff, duty and regulatory information on this site is general and may be out of date. Confirm it with your customs broker or advisor.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllBirch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or its content, and our total liability arising from the site will not exceed US$100. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law and does not govern product sales.
