How we use it
Only to answer your request, prepare quotes, fulfill orders and follow up on them. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Sharing
With the manufacturer (Palati 2022 LLC), freight carriers and customs brokers strictly as needed to fulfill your order, or when required by law.
Chat assistant
Messages you send to the chat assistant on this site are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies and are stored by us for up to 90 days so we can follow up and improve answers. Don't share payment or other sensitive information in the chat.
Cookies & analytics
No advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they collect aggregated usage data to improve the site.
